Purchase Agreement
The following agreement is between Joan Parchert , hereafter referred to as Seller and _______________________hereafter referred to as Buyer, for the sale/purchase of one Purebred Shih Tzu breed as follows: This agreement is constructed on _______ day of _____________,______ the above Purebred Shih Tzu $500.00 deposit is required before agreement to be honored.

Purchase Price of Puppy USD $1500.00
Non-Refundable deposit of $500.00 will be provided to Joan Parchert to hold Shih Tzu pup until age of 10 wks.
Remaining balance of $1000.00 will be paid via cashier’s check or cash on day of pickup.
Registry NAPR to be completed by buyer:
Use of the puppy/dog: It is agreed between Seller and Buyer that this dog cannot be used for breeding. Dog is sold with no breeding rights. Buyer agrees to have pet spayed or neutered.
It is agreed between Seller and Buyer that this dog is being acquired as a family companion only and the dog will be used for tasks appropriate to its breed. Purchaser further affirms that he/she will not resell this dog, give it away or by any means provide it to a flea market, auction, pet store, wholesaler, or commercial distributor of dogs, or to any commercial or hobby dog establishment, such as another dog kennel, or for laboratory use nor will it be used for any activity for which it is not suited by reason of temperament or structure. The Buyer also agrees not to ever abandon the puppy/dog, or surrender it to a shelter.
If purchaser wants to surrender Shih Tzu pet, they will contact Joan Parchert and she will assist in locating a suitable home for it or will return dog to Joan Parchert (seller).
